While Everbridge does not provide a direct report for exact app downloads, you can use the platform's advanced search capabilities to identify contacts who have downloaded and logged into the Everbridge mobile app. This information can help you track app adoption during testing phases or across your organization.

Method 1: Using Advanced Search in Contacts

To generate a list of contacts who have the Everbridge mobile app:

  1. Log into your Everbridge organization

  2. Navigate to Contacts + Assets > Contacts > Contact list

  3. Click "Advanced" in the top right corner

  4. Under "Field" select "Delivery Method"

  5. Select "Contains" as the operator

  6. Select the configured Prompt for the Everbridge Mobile App

  7. Click "Search"

This will display a list of contacts who have the app installed or configured, and in some cases may indicate if they have logged in successfully.

Finding Contacts Without the Mobile App

To identify contacts who have not set up the Everbridge mobile app:

  1. Follow the same steps as above (steps 1-4), then select "Does Not Contain" as the operator

  2. Select the configured Prompt for the Everbridge Mobile App

  3. Click "Search"

Method 2: Creating a Custom Report

For more detailed analysis or to save your search criteria:

  1. Navigate to Reports and Analytics > Reports

  2. Click "Create report"

  3. Select the "Contacts" report type

  4. Add the necessary fields to your report, including "Delivery Method"

  5. Apply the filter "Delivery Method" "Contains" "the configured Prompt for the Everbridge Mobile App"

  6. Save the report for future use

Important Notes

  • This method shows contacts who have logged into the Everbridge Mobile app at any point, but cannot confirm if the app is currently active or has been deleted from the user's device.

  • The 'Delivery Method' on a contact record will state 'Everbridge Mobile App' 'Enabled' if the user has logged into the Everbridge Mobile app.

  • There is no direct report available to track exact app downloads as anyone with a mobile device and internet connection can download the app, and contacts can log in and out at any time.
