  4. Verify your computer's audio and microphone settings
  5. Use a headset for better audio quality
  6. If computer audio fails, use the telephone dial-in option

Audio Options

GoToWebinar offers two primary audio options:

  1. Computer audio (VoIP) using your computer's microphone and speakers
  2. Telephone dial-in

If computer audio isn't working, you can call +1 (415) 930-5321 and enter the provided access code. When joining, you'll be automatically muted and placed in listen-only mode.
