- Check system requirements before the webinar

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (preferably wired)
- Verify your computer's audio and microphone settings
- Use a headset for better audio quality
- If computer audio fails, use the telephone dial-in option
- Download the GoTo mobile app as a backup method to join the webinar
Audio Options
GoToWebinar offers two primary audio options:
- Computer audio (VoIP) using your computer's microphone and speakers
- Telephone dial-in
If computer audio isn't working, you can call +1 (415) 930-5321 and enter the provided access code. When joining, you'll be automatically muted and placed in listen-only mode.
