Everbridge CEM: August 2025 Release Notes

What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Contact Integration with SAP SuccessFactors

Administrators can now create a Contact Integration between Everbridge and SAP SuccessFactors for contact synchronization at Settings > Contacts and Groups (or Contacts/Assets) > Contact and Group Integration, allowing them to avoid manual uploads without setting up an SFTP or API integration.

Update Polling Responses

Administrators can now configure their Organization Settings (Settings > Notifications > Default Options) to allow Contacts to resubmit their responses to Polling Notifications if their situation changes and they need to send an update.

Multiple Polling Response Latest Response Time

If the Update Polling Responses feature is enabled, users can now view a Contact’s Latest Response Time alongside their first response/confirmation time in the Notification Details, CSV downloads, and reports.

Self-Service DKIM for Sender Email Address

Administrators can now provision DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) keys for their custom domain, allowing their Organizations to send email Notifications from a Custom Sender Email Address that matches their domain.

This requires configuring the Custom Domains at the Account level (Account Level > Settings > Notifications > Sender Information > Sender Email Domain) before they can be used at the individual Organization level. Once configured, Everbridge will use the Custom Sender Email Address to send Notifications going forward.

This feature is available to all customers and won't affect existing settings.

What's New in Everbridge 360 Mobile and Desktop
Real-Time Threat Map in the Everbridge 360 Mobile App

Get instant visibility into nearby Risk Events with a live, real-time threat map in the Everbridge 360 Mobile App. View details, search other areas, and filter by Severity or Category to focus on what matters most—helping traveling staff, field teams, and others make faster, safer decisions.

This feature is available to all Everbridge 360 Enterprise and Travel Protector customers and won't affect existing settings. The Map is currently only available on the Everbridge 360 Mobile App, but will be added to the Everbridge 360 Desktop App in the future.

High-Priority Message Display for Everbridge 360 Desktop App

High-priority messages now appear in a pop-up at the bottom-right corner of your screen, providing a faster, clearer, and less disruptive way to view time-sensitive alerts without opening the full Everbridge 360 application.

This feature is available to all Everbridge 360 Desktop customers. Note that the app must at least be running in the background in order to receive Communications.

Configurable Standard Message Display for Everbridge 360 Desktop App

Organizations can now choose if Standard Messages will appear in the Everbridge 360 Desktop App as pop-up notifications or ticker-style banners, providing greater control over visibility to match urgency and audience needs.

This feature is available for free to all Everbridge 360 Desktop App Users. Administrators should contact their IT department or app deployment managers for configuration.

What's New in Visual Command Center
Map Filter for Incidents Launched from Visual Command Center

When launching an Incident from an area filter in Visual Command Center, the Recipient Options section now clearly indicates that recipients are sourced from the configured map filter, reducing confusion and improving transparency in recipient selection.

Group Ownership in Alert Management

Users can now assign Alerts to a Contact Group during triage, enabling GSOC Managers and Operators to filter, report, and visualize Alerts by team or function, helping to streamline workflows, clarify ownership, and improve operational visibility.

Everbridge Suite Visual Command Center Alert Reports VCC Alert Reports will now include standardized country-level data for RIMC events, enabling faster stakeholder routing and reducing manual parsing efforts. VCC Alert Reports now include Country as a separate field for RIMC events, enabling stakeholders to easily pivot and analyze data for regional reporting without additional data cleaning.
