Self-Service DKIM for Sender Email Address |
Administrators can now provision DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) keys for their custom domain, allowing their Organizations to send email Notifications from a Custom Sender Email Address that matches their domain. This requires configuring the Custom Domains at the Account level (Account Level > Settings > Notifications > Sender Information > Sender Email Domain) before they can be used at the individual Organization level. Once configured, Everbridge will use the Custom Sender Email Address to send Notifications going forward. This feature is available to all customers and won't affect existing settings.
