Upon receiving an itinerary in Everbridge, send the form to travelers, notify approvers of submissions, facilitate trip approvals or denials, and report outcomes. -
Pre-Trip Country Report Enhancements

Configure the Default Sending Options to automatically resend updated Pre-Trip Country Reports to travelers whenever country Risk Levels change, ensuring they stay informed and fully prepared for their upcoming trips.
Once configured, affected travelers will be alerted based on the selected resend options.

- The new Travelers tab is now available in the Alert and Ad-hoc Excel reports for Travel Protector customers. You can now access a dedicated Travelers tab that consolidates all affected itinerary segment data for Alerts or map areas. This enhancement empowers Travel Risk Managers to quickly identify impacted travel segments and seamlessly retrieve traveler details from the map, streamlining response efforts and improving situational awareness.
