What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Improved Roles Page

The Roles page has been refactored and modernized for consistency across the rest of the Manager Portal interface, offering a more intuitive and predictable user experience. For example, the Organization Selector from the Account level is now a search input field rather than a dropdown menu.

These enhancements are available at no additional cost to all customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

Disabled/Bounced Email Indicator in Contact Record

Users will now see a warning icon in the Contact Record when a contact’s email address is disabled, allowing them to identify any issues that need to be corrected and re-enable the address without needing to contact Everbridge Support.

Enhanced Travel Custom Reports

The Travel Custom Report builder has been enhanced with a host of new data fields, providing more flexibility than ever when examining Travel data.

Country Risk Traveler Report Enhancements

The Country Risk Traveler Report has been updated with a cleaner interface and powerful new features to offer faster, more actionable visibility into travel risk:​

  • Date-Based Filtering: Filter reports by specific travel dates for more targeted insights.​
  • Geographic & Risk Level Filters: Drill down by region or Risk Rating with ease.​
  • Export Functionality: Quickly export reports for further analysis or briefing needs.​

City Risk Ratings and Report Navigation in the Everbridge 360 Mobile App

Travelers using the Everbridge 360 Mobile App can now access City Risk Ratings and Travel Reports directly, either by using the search function or by browsing manually on the City tab.

Key Improvements include:

  • City-Level Access: No need to go through the Country Report to find city-specific information.
  • Flexible Navigation: Travelers can now search by city name or browse cities to view detailed Risk Ratings and travel insights.

These enhancements are available to Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

Everbridge Travel Risk Events Feed

The Anvil Risk Event Feed has been renamed the Everbridge Travel Risk Events Feed, which now offers clear, actionable advice tailored to travelers. Severity levels have also been refined to better reflect how events can impact travel plans.

These updates aim to provide more relevant, timely insights to support your travelers on the move. They're available to all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

What's New in Visual Command Center
Snooze Alerts Until Update or Close

The new Snooze Until Expires option allows users to snooze Alerts so that they'll return only when there is an update; otherwise, the Alert automatically closes.

  • Reduces the hassle of snoozing an Alert multiple times over its lifespan.​
  • Alerts will only become active again if there is an update to the Risk Event.

Custom Roles: Asset Resource Limitation by Role

Users can manage Asset Resource Limitations for Custom Roles with more granularity and flexibility, which is now fully supported across both the Manager Portal and Visual Command Center (VCC).

This feature allows admins to independently define which actions a Custom Role can perform on Assets by Type, enabling granular control over Asset visibility and management. Now, with Visual Command Center integration, Asset Role Permissions are fully respected within the map visualization interface.​

Users with the Custom Role will only see the Assets to which they are entitled based on their role, while unauthorized Assets will be hidden, ensuring clarity and data integrity across operational views.​

Everbridge California Evacuations Feed

Previously available as "RIMC Wildfire Evacuation Zones", the Everbridge CA Evacuations feed now provides real-time alerts for evacuation zones across California. It delivers essential, actionable information to help protect people and assets during wildfires and other emergency evacuations.

This feed is available to customers with the Everbridge 360 Enterprise, Business Ops Standard & Advanced, and People Resilience Standard & Advanced packages. It won't affect preexisting settings.

Service Event Feeds

Users can now stay ahead of evolving threats with the new Service Events feed, which allows them to receive real-time updates whenever our analysts adjust the Risk Rating of a city or country, along with the reason behind the change. This feed empowers faster, smarter decisions when it matters most.

These updates will help teams:​

  • Safeguard travelers with up-to-date intelligence​
  • Adapt operations quickly to shifting risk conditions​
  • Strengthen situational awareness across global regions

This feed is available for all Travel Protector and Everbridge 360 Enterprise customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

What's New in Intelligence Center
Introducing: Intelligence Center

Users can now easily search the Everbridge library of Risk Events and reports in our new Intelligence Center (Situational Awareness > Intelligence Center). This page makes it easier to find and research Situation Reports, Global Highlights, Advisories, and Risk Events without knowing exactly where or when they happened.

Minor Improvements to Existing Features - All Products

Everbridge Suite Alert Management Alerts A blue notes icon will now appear in the list view when new notes have been added to an Alert’s history. This visual cue helps you quickly identify alerts with unread notes, ensuring you never miss important context or updates.
Everbridge Suite Contacts Contact Integration The Location Type and Preferred Language fields were added to the list of fields that can be mapped for the Contact Integration feature. Customers utilizing the Contact Integration feature can now map these fields so that they're kept up-to-date for the contact records.
Everbridge Suite Dynamic Groups And/Or Condition Dynamic Groups can now be created using an And/Or condition.

*Contact Support to enable this feature if it isn't already available for your Organization.
Customers with And/Or enabled for their Organization can also add And/Or conditions to filter Dynamic Groups.
