Service Account for Contact and Group Integration |
A service account will now be used to upload data for the Contact and Group Integrations, removing the need for administrators to create and maintain an Everbridge Suite API user. This enhancement is free for all customers. From this point on, all new integrations will use the service account. Existing integrations at the time of release will continue using the Everbridge Credentials, but will not be able to modify them. If saved, the integration will automatically switch to using the service account. If no action is taken, integrations will automatically migrate to using the service account on August 20th. Broadcast Duration in Minutes |
Users can now configure broadcast durations shorter than the previous one-hour minimum for Notifications and Incidents, allowing greater flexibility for time-sensitive alerts. Submit Multiple Polling Responses |
