Using Contact Additional Attributes as Filters in Visual Command Center

Everbridge 360 Administrators can now configure Contact filters using Additional Information attributes, providing greater flexibility in managing contact data.

  1. Add new Contact Additional Information attributes: Defining Contact additional Information Attributes.
  2. Administrators access Situational Awareness > Visual Command Center > Administrators Console.

  3. Navigate to Feeds > Contacts.

  4. Select the Contact additional information fields that you want to use in Visual Command Center Operator Console.

    Data Type Single Selection Multiple Selection Text Box
    Text SUPPORTED SUPPORTED NOT SUPPORTED
    Date SUPPORTED SUPPORTED NOT SUPPORTED
    Number SUPPORTED SUPPORTED NOT SUPPORTED

    Note: 
    Text Box Contact Additional Information fields are not supported for filtering Contacts in Visual Command Center. 

  5. The selected filters will now be visible in Visual Command Center Operator Console and can be selected to filter Contacts on the map.
