Enriched User Download Files |
Administrators can now access more comprehensive user data in the user download file at both the Account and Organization levels. Nearly all searchable user fields are included in the file, allowing administrators to filter by specific fields of interest to extract user data tailored to their needs. Filter Contacts by Additional Information Fields |
Administrators can now configure contact filters using Additional Information attributes, offering greater flexibility in managing contact data. GSOC Operators can also filter contacts by these attributes directly within the Visual Command Center operator console, allowing them to efficiently view and manage specific contact groups.
