The All-Alert Report run from the Visual Command Center (VCC) Operator console will calculate the time from Alert Creation to the first Operator action (non-system user). The Alert Report will include the following fields related to first actions on alerts:
- First Action Taken
- Time to First Action (hh:mm)
- First Action (snooze, acknowledge, add notes, launch incident, assign owner)
- First Action By (User)
The Alert Report also includes incident-related fields for alerts that result in an incident being launched:
- Time until Incident Launch
- First Incident Launched
- Launched by
- Incident ID
