VCC: Alert First Actions Metrics

The All-Alert Report run from Visual Command Center Operator console will calculate the time from Alert Creation to the first Operator action (non-system user). The Alert Report will include the following fields:

• First Action Taken
• Time to First Action (hh:mm)​
• First Action (snooze, acknowledge, add notes, launch incident, assign owner)​
• First Action By​ (User)
