Remove Overview and FAQ Member Portal Pages

Administrators can now disable the Overview and FAQ pages in the Member Portal to reduce user confusion around unused pages. 

This feature is free for all customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

Enable and Disable Users via REST API

Authorized Rest API users can enable or disable specific users via the User Update API.​

Rich Text Microsoft Teams Messages

Organizations that use the MS Teams delivery method will be able to create and send rich text messages to contacts via Microsoft Teams, allowing them to communicate more effectively with employees and contacts through enhanced content.

What's New in Travel Protector
Use Travel Information in Rules and Dynamic Groups

In roles and permissions, users can now create a dynamic group using travel information and limit a role to only contacts that match the dynamic role criteria.​

Criteria can be set to travel locations, segment information, or travel dates.​ For example, users can create a travel manager role with only access to contacts traveling to a country during a specific time frame.​

This feature is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

Honor Contact Group Limitation for Travel Managers

Users can now create roles with limited access to contacts and configure the following permissions using any of the custom role templates​:

  • Create, edit, and delete custom Travel Reports​
  • View Travel Reports​
  • View Itineraries and Segments​
  • View Risk Intelligence​
  • Manage Risk Intelligence​
  • Manage Booking alerts​

This feature is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

Centralized Itinerary Management Details

Under Travel Risk Management, after searching for travelers' itineraries, users can now see their itinerary segment details such as flight departure or arrival information, hotel details, and car rental information.​

They can also open the destination security brief from the details information.​

This feature is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

What's New in Visual Command Center
View Contacts' Historical Last Known Locations

Users can now see a contact's historical Last Known Locations within the Visual Command Center Operator Console. Previously, only the most recent Last Known Location was displayed, limiting the ability to view a contact's prior whereabouts. This enhancement allows users to gain a comprehensive understanding of a contact's movement history. ​

This enhancement is available to all Everbridge 360 Pro and Enterprise Packages. It won't affect preexisting settings.
