Use Travel Information in Rules and Dynamic Groups |
In roles and permissions, users can now create a dynamic group using travel information and limit a role to only contacts that match the dynamic role criteria. Criteria can be set to travel locations, segment information, or travel dates. For example, users can create a travel manager role with only access to contacts traveling to a country during a specific time frame. Centralized Itinerary Management Details |
Under Travel Risk Management, after searching for travelers' itineraries, users can now see their itinerary segment details such as flight departure or arrival information, hotel details, and car rental information. View Contacts' Historical Last Known Locations |
Users can now see a contact's historical Last Known Locations within the Visual Command Center Operator Console. Previously, only the most recent Last Known Location was displayed, limiting the ability to view a contact's prior whereabouts. This enhancement allows users to gain a comprehensive understanding of a contact's movement history. This enhancement is available to all Everbridge 360 Pro and Enterprise Packages.
