The Everbridge Member Portal lets you exchange messages and images through the Secure Collaboration tool, which comes on board with HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO, and other compliance requirements, ensuring secure communications. 1. Member Portal URL
Your Member Portal URL is always unique and will be provided to you by your Organization.

Once you log into your Member Portal, you can see your profile details and a few options to begin with.

Like other messenger services, you can respond easily by typing your message and clicking Send.

Search for the contacts or groups you would like to chat with. Select them all and click Save.

23. Video Chat
You can have a video or audio call with your contacts securely by clicking on the blue camera icon on the top right of your chat box. This will show you the list of participants in the chat.

You can directly place a call by clicking the camera icon beside the name of the participant.

You can choose to turn your camera and microphone off in case you wish to with these buttons.

Another way to make a call is by selecting the plus icon.

29. AWAY MESSAGES ON SECURE COLLABORATION
Setting an away message using Secure Collaboration will let other contacts know you are unavailable when they try to contact you.
30. Directory Chat Settings
To set an away message, click the Settings icon on the top left against the Directory Chat.

Now you can toggle on the chat away message, and you can type in an unavailability message.

Enter "On leave until January 1st." in the provided field
