Logging in to the Everbridge 360™ Mobile App
Description
The Everbridge 360™ Mobile App lets you receive important notifications, use safety features, and access other critical information provided by your organization. There are a few ways to log into the Everbridge 360™ Mobile App depending on how it is assigned to you.
1. Login Options
In this tutorial, we will review how to log in with Single Sign-On credentials, Native Login credentials, and with Device Registration.
2. Organization Code
Once you have downloaded and opened the Everbridge 360™ App on your device, enter your Organization Code and tap Continue. If you do not know your organization's code, reach out to your Everbridge administrator.
3. Single Sign-On
Login Option 1: If Single Sign-On access has been configured by your organization, tap the Single Sign-On button to log into the app using your network credentials.
4. Organization SSO
Once selected, your organization's SSO login page will display. Note: your organization's SSO page may appear different than this example.
5. Credentials
Enter your network credentials and any multi-factor authentication steps that your organization has put in place.
6. Continue
If prompted to open the Everbridge 360 app, tap Continue
7. Confirm
and click OK to launch the app. You can use SSO to log into multiple devices if needed.
8. Native Login
Login Option 2: If you have already registered a username and password for your organization's private Member Portal and want the on-the-go benefits of the app, simply tap "Login with Everbridge Credentials."
9. Credentials
Then enter your registered username and password and tap Login. If needed, you can sign in to multiple devices with these credentials.
10. Device Registration
Login Option 3: You may have received an email invitation from your organization to register your device for the Everbridge app. If so, open the email directly on your mobile device and tap the Everbridge app icon.
11. Confirm
You will then be prompted to open the app. Tap OK to continue. If you have not yet installed the app on the device, you will be prompted to navigate to your device's App Store to download and install it. Please note that the Device Registration link is valid only for one device. When logging in with this option, if you want to add the Everbridge mobile app to another device or if you replace your phone, contact your Everbridge administrator for a new registration email.
12. Notifications Permissions
Once you have logged in with one of the three options just shown you will be prompted to allow the app to send Notifications and, for iOS devices, Critical Alerts.
13. Location Permissions
If prompted, also allow the app to access your device's location "while using the app."
You are now ready to receive notifications and use any additional features enabled by your organization. Thank you for watching!
