Configuring the Organization Code for Everbridge 360™ Apps.

Description

Before logging into the Everbridge 360™ Mobile or Desktop App, your Contacts need to find their organization by searching for its unique Organization Code. As an Everbridge Administrator, you will need to configure this Organization Code in advance.

Go to manager.everbridge.net

1. Navigate

To get started, navigate to the Everbridge Mobile App menu from your Organization's Settings.

Select Organization Code.

3. Enable

Next, check the box to Enable Organization Code.

4. Set Code

Next, create an Organization Code. It can contain a maximum of 32 characters including letters, numbers and some special characters. Only one code can be set per Organization at a time. If you will be setting a Code for additional Organizations within your Everbridge account, a unique code must be set for each.

5. Save

Click Save to finalize your entry.

6. Synch

Lastly, click the Sync Settings button to update the Everbridge mobile app with the new settings.

7. Search Terms

Note, the Organization Code applies only to the Everbridge 360™ App and will not affect any Search Terms that may have been previously configured in your organization for providing access to the older version of the Everbridge Mobile App.

8. MDM

If needed, IT administrators may deploy the Organization Code to your organization's managed devices via Mobile Device Management. For more information on MDM, click the icon to access Online Help.

You are now ready to promote the Organization Code to your Contacts so they can find their organization within the Everbridge 360™ App. Thank you for watching!
