Problem

When viewing a VCC Alert and clicking on the contact icon on the VCC map, duplicate contacts are sometimes displayed on the details pane under "Selected Items".

Note: Not all alerts are affected. Some display the single contact as expected.

Root Cause

This is expected behavior and occurs when multiple layers are enabled on the map. 

Workaround

In the righ-side panel uncheck one or more layers. For example, if you have Assets enabled, uncheck Assets.
