What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Dayforce, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow Contact Integrations

Administrators can now create contact integrations to automatically synchronize contact data from Dayforce, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow.

Increased Broadcast Duration

Administrators can now define a longer broadcast duration of up to five days when sending a Notification.

Adjustable pageSize Parameter for List Users API

Administrators can now set the pageSize parameter for the List Users API in the Everbridge Developer Hub from 1-1000 items per page. The default is 10 users per page.

What's New in Travel Protector
Cancellation Alerts for High-Risk Destinations

Users can now configure Risk or Destination Booking Alerts to send a cancellation alert when segments matching the rule are removed from an itinerary.

This applies to all travelers on the itinerary; however, note that no cancellation alerts are sent if a traveler is removed from the itinerary.

Honor Contact Group Limitation for Travel Managers

Custom roles with limited access to contact information can be created and configured using the available role templates, allowing administrators to restrict travel managers' access to view only the travel information of their assigned travelers. Permissions include:

  • Create, edit, and delete custom travel reports​
  • View travel reports​
  • View itineraries and Segments​
  • View Risk intelligence​
  • Manage Risk intelligence​
  • Manage Booking alerts​

Travel Information Support for Rules and Dynamic Groups 

Users can now create contact rules and Dynamic Groups based on travel information. Within roles and permissions, you can define a Dynamic Group using travel data and restrict a role’s access to only those contacts that meet the group’s criteria. Criteria can include:

  • Travel locations
  • Segment details
  • Travel dates

For example, you can configure a travel manager role with access limited to contacts traveling to a specific country within a designated time frame.

Centralized Itinerary Management

A new centralized Itineraries page has been added to the Travel Risk Management modal, which contains all of an Organization's itinerary information.

The following functions can be performed from this page:

Search and filter itineraries:

  • Search by flight number, country, location, suppliers, or travelers.
  • Filter by time and status.
  • View detailed itinerary information, including:
    • Traveler details.
    • PNR (Passenger Name Record) number.
    • Calculated itinerary risk level.
    • Booking status.
    • Itinerary start and end dates, duration, and type.
    • Time spent at each location.

Export itinerary data: 

  • Download the list as a CSV file for reporting or analysis.
  • Select a specific itinerary to view all its details, ensuring comprehensive oversight of traveler movements and associated risks. ​

What's New in Safety Connection
Support for Safety Connection Buildings in Dynamic Groups

In roles and permissions, users can now create a dynamic group using a contact's Last Known Location building name or floor number, as well as Expected location building name, and limit a role to only contacts that matches the dynamic role criteria.​

For example, you can create role that only grants access to contacts who were or are expected to be in a building during a specific time frame.

CEM Risk Events Feeds Renamed Feed RIMC Global Flashpoints are now called Everbridge Global Highlights. The new name reflects our focus to provide summaries and details of events or conditions in a country, or of a risk due to an event in a timely manner. Each highlight includes the time-sensitive and comprehensive summary of an event that could pose a significant risk and could impact travel and security.
Mass Notification Member Portal Scheduling The hours during which a contact or replacement is unavailable will now be displayed. When viewing the schedule for an all-day unavailability in a different time zone, members will see the specific hours reflected in their own time zone during which someone is marked as unavailable or as a replacement.
Mass Notification Role Management Role ID The Role ID is now exposed on the Roles page​. Administrators can now get role ID information from the UI to facilitate their role Rest API calls.
