Problem

Users are redirected away from the expected landing page in the Everbridge Manager Portal immediately after login.

Root Cause

The unexpected redirection can result from the browser session defaulting to a previously visited page within the system rather than the homepage or intended landing page.

Solution

After logging in to the Manager Portal, if you find yourself on the incorrect landing page, manually navigate to https://manager.net or https://manager.everbridge.eu depending on which domain hosts your portal.
