How to prevent Everbridge weather alert notifications from launching.

Description

To stop all weather alerts, manually change the alert subscriptions from Active to Inactive.

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization

  2. Select Settings > Member Portal > Information Collection > Alert Subscriptions

  3. Select the blue Edit button to change the current status from Active to Inactive.

To stop a specific weather alert, ensure that the Display, Required, New, and All Clear checkboxes are unchecked.

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization

  2. Select Settings > Member Portal > Information Collection > Alert Subscriptions

  3. Ensure that the Display, Required, New, and All Clear checkboxes next to the alert you'd like to stop are unchecked.
