Problem

New users to Everbridge are not showing as users in Everbridge University (EBU) and cannot be registered for courses.

Root Cause

The users have never logged into EBU from the Everbridge Manager Portal.

Solution

Have the user(s) log in to Everbridge University from the Everbridge Manager Portal.

For a user to be registered in the University, they must first log in to EBU from the Manager Portal. Once a user has logged in to EBU for the first time, they will be registered and visible in EBU to Administrators.
