URL to use for logging in to the Everbridge Suite Member Portal with Single Sign-On (SSO).

Description

The URL to use when logging into the Everbridge Member Portal for a single sign-on user will be different from the URL used for a user with a username and password. The SSO URL is referred to as the Member Portal ACS URL (SSO URL) and is formatted as follows:

https://member.everbridge.net/saml/SSO/{API_NAME}/{ORG_ID}/alias/defaultAlias

• API_Name - The API_Name can be found under configuration settings:

  • If the Member Portal is configured at the Account level (Account > Settings > Security > Single Sign-On for Member Portal).

  • If the Member Portal is configured at the Organization level (Organization > Settings > Organization > Security > Single Sign-On for Member Portal).

IMPORTANT: If SSO for the Member Portal is configured at the Account level, then each Organization under that Account will use the same API_Name. If SSO for the Member Portal is configured at the Organization level, then the API_Name will be different for each Organization. Regardless of which way the Member Portal is configured, all Member Portal URLs will require the Organization ID for the Organization being accessed.
