URL to use for logging in to the Everbridge Suite Manager Portal with Single Sign-On (SSO).

Description

The URL to use when logging into the Everbridge Manager Portal for a single sign-on user will be different from the URL used for a user with a username and password. The SSO URL is referred to as the Manager Portal ACS URL and is formatted as follows:

https://manager.everbridge.net/saml/SSO/{API_NAME}/alias/defaultAlias

The API_Name can be found under the SSO Manager Portal Configuration (Account > Settings > Security > Single Sign-On for Manager Portal).
