Can a Location: Geo Point Variable be changed from Latitude, Longitude to an actual Address in an Incident Template? 

Use Case

If the Incident Template is being used for sending a message using only a voice delivery method, the message will be received verbally only. In this case, an address could be more easily understood then a Latitude and Longitude.

No. This functionality is not possible as we have no reverse geocoding capabilities.
