How to download the Account metadata for an Everbridge Manager Portal Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration.

Description

Once you have configured Single Sign-On (SSO) for the Everbridge Manager Portal, you can download the metadata XML file for safe keeping. 

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal as an Account Administrator
  2. Select Settings > Security > Single Sign-On for Manager Portal  
  3. Scroll to the bottom (just before the ManageBridge configuration starts)
  4. Choose Download Metadata for the Everbridge SSO configuration and Download VCC Metadata for the Everbridge VCC SSO configuration
