Custom Role Support for Member Portal Permissions

Administrators can now assign two Member Portal permissions to Custom Roles:

  • Member Portal - Edit the setup, design, and contents of the Organization's Member Portal
  • Member Portal Opt-in Groups

Member Portal Language Setting Indicator

Member Portal users will see a language setting indicator when translation is enabled, making it easier for non-English speaking users to identify when the language of the Member Portal can be changed.

Expanded Permission Support for Custom Roles

The scope for Custom Role support has been expanded to include the following permissions:

  • View Dashboards
  • View Quick Dashboards

What's New in Travel Protector
New Risk Intelligence and Booking Alerts Permissions

Custom roles can now be created for travel managers and GSOC operators with more granular access to Risk Intelligence and Booking Alerts. For instance, a custom role can be configured for a travel manager with access to specific contact groups, allowing permission to only view Risk Intelligence, manage Risk Intelligence, or manage Booking Alerts.

What's New in Visual Command Center
Automatic Alert Custom Actions

Users can now add Alert Custom Actions to CEM Orchestration workflows for automatic execution whenever an Alert is triggered or updated, enabling delivery of a full alert payload to an external system whenever there is new, relevant information about the event.

Resources Tab for Scheduling Role Permission

Administrators can now assign specific calendars to roles, providing more control over which calendars each role can view and edit.

Minor Improvements to Existing Features - All Products

Alert Management Alerts Alert Card View The assigned Alert Owner is now displayed on the card view in Alert Management. In mobile, or column view, the User can now see if an Alert Owner has been assigned.
Alert Management Alerts Custom Actions Users can now launch manual Custom Actions from the Alert Details panel in Alert Management. Allows users to launch Custom Actions from Alerts from both VCC and Alert Management.
Alert Management Alerts Alert Details Previous Alert updates will be displayed in the Alert Details History panel. Allows users to review previous versions of the Alert.
Contact Management Contact Filtering The date-picker for the Contact filter allows date selection older than 10 years. Allows users to select from a broader date range.
Mass Notification Member Portal Translation If translation is enabled for the Member Portal, the language will default to the device's language. Removes the need for non-English speakers to change the language of the Member Portal.
Resident Connection Universe Map Shapes Resident Connection users will now select each shape individually from the list when a shape file contains multiple map shapes. Improves performance of the Resident Connection Universe map when loading shape files that contain multiple shapes.
Travel Protector Booking Alerts Risk and Destination Booking alerts Risk and Destination booking alerts will now be sent per itinerary when the itinerary is received in Travel Protector. Booking alerts will be triggered only for new and updated segments with an end date in the future and matching the booking alert defined thresholds. Reduces alerting noise and allows immediate action for high-risk destination travel.
Travel Protector Booking Alerts Risk and Destination Booking Alerts The Risk and Destination Booking alert message will now include whether the itinerary is domestic or international. Offers more information for Travel Managers and GSOC operators to act on when receiving a high-risk destination booking alert.
Visual Command Center Alerts Alert Permissions If unchecked, the Use VCC Alert Actions permission will now hide the Acknowledge, Snooze, Add Notes, and Reinstate icons on the Alert in Visual Command Center. Provides a cleaner interface for users who don't have the role permissions configured. 
Visual Command Center Travel View Itineraries Permission Visual Command Center will now honor the View Itinerary role permission to display or hide Travel Itineraries as configured. Travel Itineraries can be limited to specific roles to meet Organization data privacy policies.
