| New Risk Intelligence and Booking Alerts Permissions |
Custom roles can now be created for travel managers and GSOC operators with more granular access to Risk Intelligence and Booking Alerts. For instance, a custom role can be configured for a travel manager with access to specific contact groups, allowing permission to only view Risk Intelligence, manage Risk Intelligence, or manage Booking Alerts. | Automatic Alert Custom Actions |
Users can now add Alert Custom Actions to CEM Orchestration workflows for automatic execution whenever an Alert is triggered or updated, enabling delivery of a full alert payload to an external system whenever there is new, relevant information about the event. This enhancement requires the Alert Custom Actions feature and is available to the following packages:
