NC4 alert emails vs CEM Orchestration workflow action - Incident Template.

Description

How to create an Incident Template similar to NC4 Alert emails. The Incident Template can then be selected in the Action section of a ruleset in a CEM Orchestration Workflow which will automatically launch the Incident Template when an Alert is triggered in VCC.
