Now that you've purchased Everbridge, learn how to prepare for your onboarding and what to expect as you transition from Professional Services to Technical Support.
After your Professional Services engagement is complete, your onboarding resource can help you schedule a Welcome to Customer Support introduction meeting. During this Zoom session, an Enablement Manager will walk you through the Welcome to Customer Support presentation, explain how to work with Technical Support, and answer any questions about your purchased services.
Following the session, you can request a recording of the call and a copy of the presentation, which includes an Everbridge Toolkit slide and other helpful reference links. If you need a demo or walkthrough tailored to an upcoming use case or event (such as a multi-day event deployment), your onboarding or Support contact can also coordinate with Sales and Customer Enablement to review options and next steps.
