Problem
Contact and Asset uploads fail when using country name 'Vietnam' in the upload file.
Root Cause
Uploads expect 'Vietnam' to be two words: 'Viet Nam'.
Solution
Modify all occurrences of 'Vietnam' in your upload file to 'Viet Nam'.
