Custom Roles Permissions Grid on Roles Page |
The Custom Roles Permissions Grid has been moved from the Support Center to the Roles page for ease of access. It can be found in the dropdown menu next to the legacy Permissions Grid. Improved Layout for Manager Portal SSO Settings Page |
Administrators will now see an improved interface for the Single Sign-On for Manager Portal page. The new, modern look uses the same style as other product pages. Additionally, SHA-1, as a deprecated technology, is no longer available as an option for the Secure Hash Algorithm. This enhancement is free for all customers and won't affect preexisting settings. Improved Layout for the User Profile Page |
Users will see an improved new look for the User Profile page, which has adopted the same style as other pages in the Manager Portal. Additionally, a page update will no longer trigger an unnecessary redirect. The "Saved Successfully" message will now appear directly on the page. REST API: Retrieve, Create and Update Timezones |
API users will be able to retrieve, create and update users with the Timezone field. This offers Administrators a faster and more efficient way to manage timezones for a large number of users, improving their work efficiency. "View Travel Report" Permission Supported by Custom Roles |
The "View Travel Report" permission is now supported by Custom Roles, allowing administrators to limit access to contact resources for a Custom Role while still granting access to view Travel Reports. The contact information shown in the Travel Reports will be limited to only the contacts the Custom Role user has permission to see. VIP and Expatriate Designations on Contact Record |
Users can now designate any contact record as a VIP and/or Expatriate by clicking the applicable toggle, removing the need to create an additional contact attribute for that information. The VIP and Expatriate system attributes are natively available on the contact record, displayed in the Manager Portal and fully supported by contact rules, dynamic groups and contact APIs. The VIP attribute is available to all customers, while the Expatriate attribute is exclusive to Travel Protector customers. This change won't affect preexisting settings. Release Date: TBD |
