Conference Bridge types in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Everbridge offers three types of conferencing. All are voice only with no video or screen sharing capabilities.

Standard Conference

  • This is the most basic conferencing solution.

  • Four conference bridges are provided for every new Organization created.

  • Free for all Everbridge clients.

Custom Conference

  • Provides the ability for clients to integrate their own conferencing service (e.g. Zoom) with Everbridge Suite.

  • Free for all Everbridge clients.

Smart Conference

  • Provides numerous enhancements over Standard Conference

  • Available for Incident Communication and IT Alerting clients only.

  • Smart Conference Bridges are only available with Incidents, not with Notifications.

  • This is a premium conferencing solution. Contact your Account Manager if you are interested in using Smart Conference.
