Restricting user roles to Simulation Mode in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Account Admins and Organization Admins can restrict Dispatchers, Mass Notification Operators, and Group Managers to Simulation Mode so that they can only launch, update, and close incidents in Simulation Mode.
To restrict a role to Simulation Mode only:
Sign in with an Account Admin or Organization Admin role.
Open the Roles configuration and select the role you want to change.
In the Incidents section for that role, select Restrict to simulation mode only.
Save the page to apply the changes.
If a role is not limited to Simulation Mode after configuration, verify the following:
The Restrict to simulation mode only option is still selected in Roles > Incidents for that role.
The page was saved after you made the change.
If the option was not selected or the page was not saved, select the option and save again to apply the restriction.
