Everbridge 360™: Forms Not Sending in Everbridge 360™ Desktop App

Problem

Users are unable to send certain forms using the Everbridge 360™ Desktop App. The screen indicates that the form is sent, but it does not appear in the sent Incidents.

Root Cause

The issue occurs because the forms require location data to be enabled on the desktop. If location services are not enabled, the form submission fails.

Solution

  1. Enable Location Services on Desktop:
    • On your desktop, search for 'Location Privacy' settings.
    • Ensure that location services are turned on.
    • Verify that Everbridge 360 is listed under the apps with location access and that it is enabled.
  2. Retry Form Submission:
    • After enabling location services, try sending the form again.
  3. Verify Form Submission:
    • Check the sent Incidents to confirm that the form has been successfully sent.
