This guide outlines the steps to create a custom report in Everbridge, that reports on Simulation Mode usage.

Sign in to the Manager Portal and select your Organization.

Ensure you are at the Organization level.

Select "Reports + Analytics".

Select "Reports".

Select "Create Report" under "Custom Reports."

For "Report type" select "Notifications".

Account Admins, Organization Admins, and Data Managers can use the "Notification Mode" field as a field in the report as well as a way to filter simulated Notifications in or out of reports.

Drag and drop the "Notification Mode" report field into the DATA section.

Drag and drop the "Notification Mode" report field into the FILTERS section.

Select the "Condition" from the drop-down menu.

Select the "Value" for the "Condition" defined in the previous step.

Choose a date range.

Enter a name for the report.

Click "Save".

Click on the name of the report to run the report.

There are three options to run the report: Preview Report, Export to PDF, or Download CSV. Choose any of these options.
