Organizations using a Private Member Portal can now make the URL accessible only by including an Administrator-set passphrase. The passphrase needs to meet the following criteria:

Contact Integration Group Management |
Users can now synchronize groups using fields from their Human Resources management system for their Contact Integrations with UKG Pro, Workday, and Entra ID. This eliminates the need for a separate upload or manual group management when group information is already available in the HR system. This enhancement comes at no additional cost. If group management is skipped while setting up the contact integration, groups will not be modified. Existing integrations will not be affected. Release Date: August 27 (EU), August 28 (US) |
Booking Alert Triggers - Risks and Destinations |
Travel managers and GSOC operators can now set alert triggers based on both Country Risk Ratings and specific countries. Alerts will be triggered when travelers book trips to selected countries that meet the specified Risk Ratings. Improved Traffic Camera Filters and Aggregation |
The Traffic Camera context feed now supports filtering by stationary traffic cameras, mobile vehicle cameras, or regions. Each camera type is represented by a unique icon to differentiate between the three types and provides additional live context for unfolding events that may impact your business. View Asset Contact Associations in Visual Command Center Operator Console |
Contact Asset Associations, such as Facility Manager or Regional Manager, will now be visible on the Asset within the Visual Command Center Operator Console. This allows operators to view which Contacts are linked to an Asset and directly communicate with those individuals if a critical situation impacts the Asset. Share Alert Data to External Systems |
GSOC Operators can now easily send Alert data to third-party systems or services that need it by configuring a Custom Action and using it in Visual Command Center. Users can now leverage an enterprise-grade Alert API to query for specific Alert, Risk Event, and affected Asset data on demand to fill in key details, offering interoperability with other internal software systems. Configure Trackers for Critical Event Templates |
