How to send email notifications to Account Admins when an SFTP contact or asset upload completes successfully.
Description
In Everbridge, email notifications for SFTP uploads (both Contacts and Assets) are sent to all Organization Admins within the Organization. Note that the Organization Admin must be a registered user to receive these email notifications. If an Account Admin also wants to receive these emails follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
- Select Settings > Organization > Contacts/Assets > Upload Options
- Scroll down to Email Notifications For SFTP Uploads
- Add the email of the Account Admin(s) that are to receive the SFTP upload notifications. Add the email address under Contacts and/or Assets depending on the type of upload.
- Click Save
By following these steps, Account Admins will start receiving email notifications for successful SFTP uploads.
