Mobile: Can a Web Page Message for Custom SMS Messages Be Added via the Managebridge App?

Is there a way to add a "Web Page Message" for custom SMS messages that exceed 160 characters when sending an incident from the ManageBridge Mobile App? Additionally, is there an option in the organization settings to automatically translate longer SMS messages to be displayed via a webpage link, either in the web UI or mobile app?

Answer

No. Users cannot edit or add a "Web Page Message" for custom SMS messages via the ManageBridge Mobile App. This feature is only accessible through the web portal. If you need to manage longer SMS messages, you will have to use the web portal to manually select the option to display the message via a webpage link. Additionally, there is no automatic translation of longer SMS messages to be displayed via a webpage link in the organization settings; this must be manually selected in the web portal.
