Problem
The Manager Portal in Everbridge Suite looks different for different users.
Root Cause
If users have different roles in Everbridge, the user interface will appear differently due to the different options available for each role. This is expected.
If users of the same role are seeing a different user interface, it could be attributed to a recent rollout update.
Some users may have the Everbridge 360 interface applied, while others are still using the Legacy UI.
Solution
Check for Updates: Check the most recent release notes for confirmation of potential changes in the area of concern.
Clear Cache: Ensure that the user has cleared their browser cache.
Log In/Out: Have the user log out and log back in to the Everbridge Manager Portal.
Switch Interface: If you're experiencing issues with specific components like the Asset component, switching to the old interface using the slider icon in the top right of the screen may help.
Contact Support: If problems persist after trying the above solutions, contact Everbridge Technical Support for assistance with resolving technical issues.
