Question

What do the different Travel suitcases mean in Visual Command Center (VCC) Operator Console?

Answer

The travel suitcase (briefcase) badges appear on contacts on the map and on the contact card view in the Visual Command Center (VCC) Operator Console. They provide immediate visual context about each traveler's status, helping GSOC operators and travel risk managers quickly identify which travelers are actively at a location when assessing potential impacts from alerts or incidents.
