What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Multi-Factor Authentication Enhancements

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a powerful way to strengthen account security, making it one of the most effective and widely adopted security measures used by enterprise software worldwide. With this in mind, Everbridge has made the following security enhancements:

  • MFA will be enabled on all accounts on June 3.
  • Authenticator App (TOTP) is now the default option when existing accounts enable MFA.
  • Expanded the list of supported MFA authenticator apps to include all mainstream brands.
  • Changes to MFA settings are logged in the Security Audit Log.
