Everbridge 360™ introduces a new Communications Workflow, combining the best of both worlds between Notifications and Incidents, with new feature enhancements to optimize the launch process, reduce training time, reduce the opportunity for errors, and help mitigate the “fear of sending out.”

New Communications Workflow features:
  • Event-driven communications.
  • Title of communication differentiated from message subject line.
  • Ad-hoc communication based on organization default settings.
  • Preview templates before using them.
  • Customize attachments and contacts for each Communication.
  • Add/remove/exclude recipients for each Communication.
  • Pause a Communication's launch to fix any last-minute issues before sending.
