EBS: Deleting Alert Subscriptions in Everbridge Suite

How to delete alert subscriptions in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Alert subscriptions may be deleted by the category of subscriptions or by the individual subscription within a category by following the steps below.

Note: If an alert subscription has the 'required' box checked, uncheck the 'required' box before executing the below steps.

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization

  2. Select Settings > Organization > Contact/Assets > Alert Subscriptions

  3. To delete a category of alert subscriptions:

    1. Hover over the name of the category. A trash can will appear.

    2. Select the trash can to delete the category. This action will delete all subscriptions in a category.

  1. To delete an individual alert subscription:

    1. Hover over the name of the subscription. A trash can will appear.

    2. Select the trash can to delete the subscription.
