How to delete alert subscriptions in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Alert subscriptions may be deleted by the category of subscriptions or by the individual subscription within a category by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
  2. Select Settings > Organization > Contact/Assets > Alert Subscriptions
  3. To delete a category of alert subscriptions:
    1. Hover over the name of the category. A trash can will appear.
    2. Select the trash can to delete the category. This action will delete all subscriptions in a category.

  1. To delete an individual alert subscription:
    1. Hover over the name of the subscription. A trash can will appear.
    2. Select the trash can to delete the subscription.
