How to delete alert subscriptions in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Alert subscriptions may be deleted by the category of subscriptions or by the individual subscription within a category by following the steps below.
Note: If an alert subscription has the 'required' box checked, uncheck the 'required' box before executing the below steps.
Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
Select Settings > Organization > Contact/Assets > Alert Subscriptions
To delete a category of alert subscriptions:
Hover over the name of the category. A trash can will appear.
Select the trash can to delete the category. This action will delete all subscriptions in a category.
To delete an individual alert subscription:
Hover over the name of the subscription. A trash can will appear.
Select the trash can to delete the subscription.
