Alert Affected Asset Summary Panel in Visual Command Center (VCC).

Description

The Alert Asset Summary panel provides additional details about affected assets and contacts. It is composed of the following four panels:

Assets

• Display the total count of affected assets along with a summary of affected assets per asset types.
• For each asset type, you can drill down to see the detailed list of affected assets for that type. Only assets that are alertable are displayed.

Contacts

• Display the total count of affected contacts along with a summary of affected contacts per contact types.
• For each contact type, you can drill down to see the detailed list of affected contact for that type. Only contacts that are alertable are displayed.

Locations

• This panel is only displayed when there are affected contacts.
• Displays the total count of locations across all contacts, along with a summary by location types. (Static, Last Known, Expected)
• For each location type, you can drill down to see the detailed list of affected locations for that type. Only locations that exist in the system are displayed.
• For Travel Protector only: the Expected and Travel location are displayed under two separate location types (Expected and Travel)

Travelers (Available with Travel Protector only)

• Only displayed when there are affected travelers.
• Display the total count of unique affected travelers along with the summary of travel locations subtypes.
• For each location subtypes type, you can drill down to see the detailed list of affected locations for that subtype. Only locations that exists in the system are displayed.
