Using an Upload File at the Account Level to Create Users in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Uploading a File at the Account Level to Create Users
- Log into the Everbridge Manager Portal as an Account Administrator
- Select Users > Uploads
- Select Download Template
- Edit the downloaded template and fill in your user information.
NOTE: For valid values in the Time Zone column, see knowledge article EBS: Accepted Time Zones When Uploading Contacts or Users Into Everbridge Suite.
- When the file is ready, select Upload to portal
Note: This upload process is for creating new users only. It can not be used to update existing users.
