Using an Upload File at the Account Level to Create Users in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Uploading a File at the Account Level to Create Users  

1. Log into the Everbridge Manager Portal as an Account Administrator
2. Select Users > Uploads
3. Select Download Template
4. Edit the downloaded template and fill in your user information.

NOTE: For valid values in the Time Zone column, please see knowledge base article EBS: Accepted Time Zones When Uploading Contacts or Users Into Everbridge Suite.

5. When the file is ready, select Upload to portal
