How to Unsubscribe From Service Advisories That Notify You of Updates, Changes And/or Issues Affecting Everbridge

To Unsubscribe From Subscriptions to Service Advisories

You unsubscribe from subscriptions the same way that you subscribe. 

1. Log in to the Support Center
2. Navigate to the Service Advisories tab or the Status page.

3.  From the Everbridge status page, select SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.  By default, it will prompt you to subscribe with an email.
4. Enter your email address, and click on SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.
5. Select Unsubscribe from updates.
