Topic:
Recording screen activity on a mobile device for troubleshooting issues with Everbridge Mobile Applications.
Description:
When troubleshooting issues related to Everbridge on a mobile device, it is helpful to capture the issue in real-time by recording the screen activity.
For example, a contact is receiving notifications with a confirmation link. When tapping the confirmation link, an error occurs and the screen goes blank. It will then be helpful to capture this behavior and share it with Everbridge Technical Support.
