How to enable Touch ID for the ManageBridge app on a mobile device.

For Apple devices, instructions for activating Touch ID can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201371. For Android devices, instructions for adding a fingerprint can be found here: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/6285273?hl=en.

Once a fingerprint has been added to your mobile device, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to the ManageBridge app.
  2. Tap the menu button in the upper left-hand corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap the toggle for Touch ID.
Enable Touch ID

The next time a user logs in to the ManageBridge app, tap OK to enable Touch ID.
