Important: For ALL Android Devices, Google Play Services must be installed on the device for the app to function properly. Google Play Services is not currently available in China. Without it, the application will be limited in the following ways: Alerts: Users will NOT be alerted when a new notification has been sent from their organization. Because of this, it is advisable to utilize multiple modes of delivery for critical notifications. Users will be required to open the app and navigate to the Messages page in order to view any new messages – push notifications will NOT be generated. Geo-Location Services: Users will NOT be able to view incidents on a map and will NOT be able to use the location-based Safety features including SOS, Check-in and Safe Corridor. |
