How a contact can reset their member portal password in the Everbridge Mobile app (EMA).


To reset a member portal password through the Everbridge Mobile app follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Menu Button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Select the desired account.
  4. Tap Manage My Profile.
  5. Tap on Edit, next to My Profile.
  6. Tap Change Password.
  7. Enter the current password.
  8. Enter and confirm the new password.
  9. Tap Save.
