How contacts can update their member portal profile in the Everbridge Mobile App.


Follow the steps below to update a member portal profile using the Everbridge Mobile app:

  1. Tap Menu Icon from the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap the desired account name.
  4. Tap Manage My Profile.
  5. Tap the Edit link to the right of My Profile.
  6. Update the profile as desired, and tap Save.

Updates can be made to locations and alert subscriptions by tapping the respective Edit links for each section.
