How can contacts update their member portal profile in the Everbridge Mobile App?
Answer
Follow the steps below to update a member portal profile using the Everbridge Mobile app:
- Tap from the upper left-hand corner.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap the desired account name.
- Tap Manage My Profile.
- Tap the Edit link to the right of My Profile.
- Update the profile as desired, and tap Save.
Updates can be made to locations and alert subscriptions by tapping the respective Edit links for each section.
