If an organization is using Single Sign-On (SSO), follow the steps below to log in to the Everbridge Mobile app:
Tap Find an organization or subscription.
Enter and search for the name of the desired organization.
Tap on the organization from the search results. If the organization has a key phrase configured, enter the key phrase and tap Continue.
Tap Log in with Single Sign-On. The SSO login page will open (this may open in your device's default browser).
Use your corporate credentials to fill in the username and password fields (not your Everbridge login credentials) and tap Login.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are unable to log in, try the following steps:
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
Verify that your SSO ID is correctly populated in your contact details, and that it matches the attribute expected by your Identity Provider (IdP).
Ensure you have registered for the mobile app and that the Everbridge Mobile App is listed as a delivery method in your contact details.
If redirected to a browser for SSO confirmation, use your device's default browser.
If you have registered multiple times, this may cause login issues - contact your Account Administrator.
Confirm whether you are intended to be an Everbridge User or only a Contact who receives alerts; this affects which login options you should use.
What if the login page appears blank after entering my credentials?
If you encounter a blank screen after reaching the login page, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Refresh the page.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try a different web browser.
Check your internet connection.
Temporarily disable browser extensions.
How does SSO affect my Everbridge contact record and app registration?
When SSO is enabled, the registration process differs from standard methods. SSO does not require a 'Mobile App Quick Registration' or 'Registration Email', which means your contact list may display both the white envelope and blue app icons next to contact records. This is considered expected behavior in SSO-configured environments.
For continued login issues, contact your Account Administrator, your internal Corporate IT team, or Everbridge Technical Support for assistance.
When contacting Everbridge Technical Support, include:
The name of the Everbridge app you are trying to access
Whether you use Single Sign-On (SSO) or a username and password to log in.
